“Jesus is the highest standard of moral perfection to which humankind may aspire on earth. God offers him as the most perfect model & Guide”. As we approach the end of the Year and celebrate His birth on earth, we stop to reflect on His teachings, life and examples, from the Spiritist perspective.

“Mens Sana in Corpore Sano” (A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body). This old saying is becoming ever confirmed by the present medicine with the aid of modern imaging and spectroscopic instruments that detect online the brain functions during our emotional and transcendental experiences. Spiritism and other practices by incorporating exercises for a healthy mind offer to us ways to prevent diseases and to achieve true healing.

Kirsten will be presenting a new book series based on the book, “Jesus in Our days” by the spirit Joanna de Angelis, by the medium Divaldo Franco. In her first talk she will discuss the topic of “Jesus and Challenges”. “The process of evolution is a tremendous challenge for the spirit”, Joanna tells us but let us use Jesus as our model and guide to succeed and reach happiness!
