Dec 06 – Christmas in Our Hearts
@ 5 pm – Alba Morales
We will watch the video “Christmas with the Chosen: Holy Night” and afterwards we will discuss the meaning of Christmas under the light of Spiritism. This presentation won’t be broadcast.
Dec 13 – Reality or Allegory? What is Your Point?
@ 5 pm – Leonardo Vieira
Leo will conclude a series of talks exploring Christ’s teachings and how to apply them in our lives. In this presentation he will reflect on the reason why Jesus spoke in parables based on the passage found in the Gospel of Matthew 13:10-15.
Dec 20 – The Eternal Message of Christmas
@ 5 pm – Kirsten DeMelo
This talk reframes Christmas from a historical birthday celebration to a powerful spiritual metaphor for our own ongoing reform and renewal, using Jesus as the Divine Model.
Talk will be followed by the SSB Light Dinner Christmas Celebration
