Leo will continue the study series of the book “Thought and Life” by Emmanuel/Chico Xavier.  Come and join us to learn more about Guilt, Assistance and Humility from a Spiritist perspective through the words of Emmanuel.

In this talk Nancy will present a holistic approach to wellness, based on what we eat and how we live. She will discuss how plant-based foods can improve our spiritual journey. Join us!

Aug 25 Awareness of Goodness

In the book “Recipes for Peace” the spirit Joanna de Angelis and Divaldo Franco (medium) reminds us that those who are aware of their own responsibilities are better able to arm themselves with resources to face vicissitudes. Thus, in this talk, Daniel  will go over some Spiritist principals to help us unfold the goodness inside us all.

Guest Speaker Bio

Nancy Poznak has a background is in health  and wellness, with a Master’s of Science in health science, and certification as a community Health Education Specialist. She is also a Vegan Lifestyle and Education Coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. She is the founder of BotaniCuisine. Her motivations for eating plant based vegan are founded in health, caring for ​the animals, and seeing ​an urgent need for environmentally-friendly food choices.
