Many of us are facing challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause strong emotions in our day to day lives. In addition to that we had been experiencing a pandemic with devastating consequences for our physical and mental health. In this presentation Alba will bring insights about the causes of mental illnesses and its mechanisms under the Spiritist perspective. Also, the speaker will provide some tools to cope with the mental health challenges.
